How to File a Claim

Repair and Replacement Terms

  • Home Equipped reserves the right to determine whether a product will be repaired or replaced.
  • Replacement products may be new or refurbished but will meet the original specifications.
  • Warranty coverage for replacement products continues for the remainder of the original warranty period.

Shipping Costs

  • Customers are responsible for shipping costs to return the product for warranty evaluation.
  • If the claim is approved, Home Equipped will cover the shipping costs to send the repaired or replacement product back to the customer.

Limitation of Liability

This warranty is limited to the repair or replacement of the defective product. Home Equipped is not responsible for any incidental, indirect, or consequential damages related to the use of our products.
