  • Orders are processed during business hours, Monday through Friday, 9:00 AM to 6:00 PM (EST).
  • Standard processing time is 1 business day from the date of purchase.
  • Orders placed outside business hours or on holidays will be processed on the next business day.

Delivery Time

  • Orders are typically delivered within 1-2 business days after processing.
  • Delivery timelines may vary based on location, carrier delays, or unforeseen circumstances.

Order Confirmation

  • After placing your order, you will receive a confirmation email containing the order details.
  • If you do not receive an order confirmation, please contact us at support@homeequipped.com or (888) 375-7077.

Returns and Refunds

  • We offer a generous 30-day return window.
  • Returned items must be in new, unused condition with all original packaging and accessories.
  • To initiate a return, contact our customer service team with your order details.

Shipping and Tracking

  • Once your order has shipped, a tracking number will be provided for monitoring its progress.
  • Please allow up to 24 hours for tracking information to update.

Backordered and Pre-Order Items

  • If an item is on backorder or pre-order, the estimated shipping date will be indicated at checkout.
  • Orders containing backordered items will ship when all items are available unless otherwise specified.
